In 2002, several local businessmen shared a vision of establishing one of our cities first upscale neighborhoods.

As life-long residents of Odessa they recognized the need for a neighborhood built to the standards of bigger cities around our State.

And so Vista Del Norte or “A View to the North” was born, with perimeter block fencing for privacy and framed by over 80 live oak trees creating a beautiful setting when driving into and out of the neighborhood. Homes are built with a minimum square footage, upgraded materials and finishes, custom built by custom home builders and designers.
